St. John’s Sr. Sec. School, Damoh

Students of St. John’s Sr. Sec. School, Damoh proudly participated in the District-Level Mass Surya Namaskar Program organized on 12 January 2026 (Youth Day).

The program was held at Saraswati Vidya Vihar Sr. Sec. School, Keshavnagar, Damoh, where students actively performed Surya Namaskar and Yoga Asanas with great discipline and enthusiasm. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and awareness about the importance of yoga among the youth.

Organized under the guidance of the District Administration and School Education Department, District Damoh (M.P.), the program beautifully reflected unity, health consciousness, and the spirit of Youth Day. Our students showcased excellent coordination, dedication, and respect for India’s rich yogic tradition.

Such participation strengthens our commitment towards the holistic development of students and encourages them to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
